40%– Strategic Planning
Guide the team in translating client goals into strategic media solutions that grow our client’s brands and ensure strategic consistency across plan development and implementation. Lead research initiatives, identify tools and resources that aid consumer insight gathering and strategic planning. Assist senior leadership with media briefs, building strategic and tactical recommendations, and client presentations. Manage all channel wrap‑up reports and collaborate with activation teams to apply findings to future campaigns. Share evolving media trends and opportunities with peers and clients, incorporating existing and emerging channels.
35%– Supervision/Management
Oversee junior team members’ engagement with other Horizon departments. Guide team in setting project timelines and ensure members receive challenging, level‑appropriate projects. Promote the work of junior and senior team members, set a positive environment, and manage performance through coaching and training. Participate in the interview process for junior team members.
15%– Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with core clients, industry partners, and internal departments, serving as a Horizon contact and conduit for senior strategic leadership to junior team.
10%– Account Management
Anticipate client requests, troubleshoot and solve issues with internal teams, lead calls and status updates, and serve as the main point of contact. Engage with investment teams to ensure successful campaign execution and deliver plan outputs to clients.

Salary Range: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00. Actual base salary may vary based on skill set, experience, education, and other factors.
