CESO, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Data Architect Manager to lead enterprise data architecture strategy and technology direction, ensuring scalable, secure, and AI-ready platforms supporting operations, analytics, and integrations.

You will mentor Data Architects, govern data models, oversee data integration, and collaborate with governance, security, and business teams to align with CESO's objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 10+ years in data architecture or related roles.
• 5+ years in technical leadership or mentoring data teams.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance in data.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and modernization.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, frameworks, design patterns, and technology roadmap.
• Mentor Data Architects and data professionals, set priorities and direction.
• Oversee design of data models and enterprise database architectures.
• Provide governance for data integration, APIs, ELT/ETL, and cloud platforms.
• Partner with data governance and business owners to ensure data quality and lineage.
• Establish architecture review practices and secure, compliant solutions.
• Maintain architecture documentation and reference architectures.
• Oversee scalability, performance, and availability of data platforms.
• Drive AI-ready data platforms for BI, analytics, ML, and Copilot initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineers, security, analytics, and partners to deliver solutions.
• Supervising direct reports is a key responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
