Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of software/solutions development experience.
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity preferred.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications or AEC tech platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic direction for software engineering initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
- Lead software architecture, design, and integration of enterprise applications.
- Oversee delivery, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Foster culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Guide technology investment and resource allocation with senior leadership.
- Support production and corporate initiatives with scalable digital solutions.
- Supervise direct reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
