Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Enterprise Data Architect to lead strategy and architecture for enterprise data, ontology, and AI platforms. You will define standards across Palantir Foundry, AIP, AWS, and related technologies to enable scalable analytics, AI workflows, and secure data governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• 5+ years in an enterprise or domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years of Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, ontology/knowledge graph concepts, data mesh and data product thinking.
• Strong AWS and cloud-native patterns; event-driven and API-based integration; IaC.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions, including governance.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and TOGAF/ArchiMate familiarity.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate architecture decisions to executives.
• Experience leading architecture governance and cross-domain alignment.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to balance strategy with delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Ontology & Palantir Platform Architecture: Own ontology strategy and architecture on Palantir Foundry/AIP; define reference architectures and guardrails.
• Data Architecture: Define target state, data models, data mesh patterns, and data product standards.
• Cloud & Enterprise Integration: Provide AWS-based data/AI architecture direction; define integration standards across platforms.
• Architecture Leadership: Lead architecture reviews; develop business cases and executive narratives; mentor architects.
