Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks a Data Architect Manager to lead the enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and platforms. You will provide technical leadership, govern data models, and oversee data integrations across cloud environments, APIs, and BI tooling.

You will mentor data architects, establish governance and security standards, and drive modernization efforts while coordinating with stakeholders to align with CESO's technology goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in data architecture or related roles.
• At least 5 years of technical leadership mentoring data teams.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance in enterprise data.
• Experience with enterprise data platform modernization and cloud transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead CESO's enterprise data architecture strategy, standards, and technology roadmap.
• Mentor Data Architects and data professionals, set priorities, and drive best practices.
• Design and govern logical/physical data models and enterprise database architectures.
• Provide oversight for data integration, APIs, ELT/ETL, cloud platforms, and reporting environments.
• Partner with governance, data owners, and stewards to enforce data quality and lineage.
• Establish architecture reviews, security, privacy, and governance policies.
• Oversee architecture documentation, diagrams, catalogs, and reference architectures.
• Drive scalability, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery for data platforms.
• Lead AI-ready data platforms for BI, analytics, ML, Copilot, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineers, cybersecurity, analytics, and partners to implement solutions.
• Supervise direct reports and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
