Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the strategy and architecture for enterprise data, ontology, and AI platforms. You will define scalable standards across Palantir Foundry/AIP and AWS, and partner with leaders to create architecture roadmaps enabling secure, governed, and cost-efficient data use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related roles, with 5+ years in an enterprise or domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define the data architecture target state and roadmap, including data models and data mesh patterns.
• Set standards for data integration, API and event-driven patterns across Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, and Palantir.
• Lead architecture governance, roadmaps, and executive-level narratives linking data and AI investments to business outcomes.
• Design architecture for AI/GenAI, RAG, and Agentic workflows with governance and Responsible AI controls.
