While this position is open to remote candidates, we prefer applicants who are located in or near Tulsa, OK. Proximity to our headquarters will facilitate easier collaboration and regular in-person meetings.

Summary/Objective
At Hogan, we are driven by the core purpose of helping people and organizations succeed using data-driven talent insights. Data is core to everything we do to assist our customers. As a Data Architect, you will report to the VP of IT, and will be responsible for the technical data architecture across our range of systems, as well as leading the charge to design and enact a well-rounded data governance approach for the company. The scope of data covered will include operational and decision support data. The Data Architect must be able to work with technical resources as well as representatives from numerous business units. The Data Architect will work closely with Hogan’s Enterprise Architect (software architect) to ensure we deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, available, valuable, and appropriate for the needs of the business.
Key Focus Areas
The Data Architect must be adept at a technical level, with experience to make appropriate technical trade-offs to produce a data architecture that will allow development teams to easily access data directly, and to allow for integration across a variety of software platforms. The Data Architect must also have the experience and knowledge to lead Hogan in the development and implementation of a data governance framework.
