What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate team progress towards goals and improve performance metrics like quality and velocity
- Eliminate impediments by engaging relevant stakeholders to support team objectives
- Enhance communication and relationships with other teams to improve flow and throughput
- Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors to nurture a Lean-Agile mindset within the team
- Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guide team dynamics with respect to priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing Agile/Scrum/Lean/SAFe practices in delivering business value
- Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance) certification required upon hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-standard Agile tools
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban practitioner
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile Release Train
- Experience using Jira and Jira Align
- Knowledge of Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices
