What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to guide teams in delivering high-quality products
- Facilitate team meetings, including Sprint Planning, daily Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress
- Track and monitor team performance metrics to ensure optimal productivity
- Provide regular reports on team performance, risks, and successes to program leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager for a software development team
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Candidate must reside in the US and be authorized to work in the US
- Must have lived in the US for 3 full years out of the last 5 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field strongly preferred
- Master's degree preferred
- Hands-on experience leading multiple Scrum teams in various contexts
- Track record of continued education in Scrum, including training and certifications
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban and experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
