How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile Release Train
- Background in leading change and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with value stream mapping and applying Lean techniques
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer preferred
- Experience in Product Ownership, DevOps, and Test Automation practices
