What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology and collaborate with various stakeholders, including the release train engineer and product owner
- Guide teams to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress
- Track and monitor team performance metrics, ensuring optimal productivity
- Facilitate PI planning events and Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager for a software development team
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and perform work in the US
- Must have lived in the US for 3 full years out of the last 5 years

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field strongly preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Hands-on experience leading multiple Scrum teams in diverse contexts
- Track record of continued education in Scrum, including certifications such as PSM I or CSM
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies beyond Scrum, including Kanban
