Job summary

Brillio is hiring a Director of Strategy & Consulting to lead the data engineering and analytics practice across North America. You will drive go-to-market strategies, enable sales teams, and oversee large delivery and technology groups with global footprint, including India, Europe, and the US.

The role requires executive relationship skills, strong cloud and analytics tech, and experience shaping strategic deal opportunities. West Coast GTM base with potential hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in data engineering and analytics with global delivery.
• Certification in SAFe Leading SAFe (SA) or equivalent agile credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expansion of the data engineering and analytics practice across North America.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and solution offerings to enable sales teams.
• Build and manage large delivery and technology teams across multiple locations.
• Establish executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and ensure customer success.
• Shape deal strategies and elevate practice messaging across alliances and events.
• Direct delivery execution and provide hands-on leadership to teams.
• Foster collaboration, innovation, and leadership development across delivery and program management.
• Serve as a thought leader influencing industry trends and brand elevation.
