Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Data Analyst to perform basic analyses that support business decisions. You will work within the Data Science & Analytics function to review data, develop intelligence, and help improve effectiveness and predict outcomes.

Your responsibilities include building and maintaining SQL queries, dashboards, data models, and reporting systems. Strong Python skills and data visualization experience are required to tell a clear data story to business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field with up to 1–4 years of experience.
• In-depth experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems.
• Strong programming skills with Python for data analysis.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and other scripting languages to develop and maintain complex queries pulling data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and assets including scripts, tables, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to solve problems and extract insights.
• Develop ad-hoc reports based on existing data sources.
• Collaborate with the agile team to recommend process improvements.
