Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information to support decisions.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills for percentages and basic financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the market database of all clients.
• Create and manage target lists; track progress and report to leadership.
• Ensure reports, strategies, and dashboards are accurate and timely.
• Prepare materials and participate in market meetings and broker debriefs.
• Collaborate with Research and Marketing to generate reports.
• Support brokers with the use of the local software tools.
• Assist in adopting additional broker technology tools.
• Follow standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
