The role sits within the Data Science & Analytics function and supports improving effectiveness and predicting outcomes to generate business intelligence. The candidate will coordinate data aggregation, develop data structures and pipelines, and present data stories to business lines with rigor and judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• MCSE and CNE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using BI tools.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data to reflect real estate markets.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, cleanse, and standardize information.
• Present a detailed data story to business lines with rigor and judgment.
