Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team. You will deliver actionable insights to improve service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency through Power BI and Excel-powered analyses.

The role requires 5+ years in data analytics, strong business acumen, and effective communication to influence decision-making. This is an onsite role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of data analytics or a similar role.
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to share insights.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: derive actionable insights from data.
• Analyze customer service metrics (order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance, expedite requests).
• Identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and validate data sources.
• Reporting & Dashboards: build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities.
• Operational Support: monitor backlog and delivery risk; flag issues and mitigate.
• Partner with customer experience, sales, and operations teams.
• Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting.
• Business Contribution: fulfill reporting requests and identify new metrics and improvements.
• Recommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvements.
