Job summary

Contract Land Staff, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support project setup, data governance, reporting, and system administration. You will review project setup requests, create and maintain records in Deltek, validate data, and support reporting across systems.

Responsibilities include configuring invoicing requirements, supporting Power BI dashboard development, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field plus 1 year of related experience in data analysis, project administration, or ERP environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting analytics, and data governance is preferred.
• Experience supporting project billing processes, invoicing configuration, or billing data management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project setup requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain project records in Deltek and configure billing structures.
• Develop and validate Power BI dashboards and reports; support KPI tracking.
• Perform data governance activities and data quality audits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues.
