Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities (a division of Irvine Company) seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics to own the development and delivery of data products for business stakeholders. You will manage a portfolio of data programs, collaborate with Innovation Technology partners, and drive governance across departments.

The role requires 5+ years in data/financial analysis, strong SQL/Tableau, and experience with Salesforce/Snowflake.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a data or financial analyst role.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and/or Tableau is required.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a growing portfolio of data products and product roadmap.
Deliver evergreen data programs to drive division level business results and support long term planning.
Drive departmental improvements by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
Design and document data flows, reporting requirements, use cases, and metrics definitions.
Identify and define KPIs, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Lead advanced data analytics and governance training and adoption across departments.
