Job summary

Medix seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Data & Analytics initiatives. You will guide ceremonies, translate priorities into actionable sprints, and ensure value-driven increments while managing risk and delivery dates.

Ideal candidates possess a solid track record in Data & Analytics projects, strong stakeholder navigation skills, and a pragmatic delivery mindset over formal certifications. This role emphasizes accountability and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Scrum Master experience with Data & Analytics / Data Applications / BI projects.
• Understand data delivery nuances (data environments, versioning, deployment) rather than standard software engineering.
• Experience and soft skills outweigh paper certifications.

• Core Experience:
• Must have previous Scrum Master experience with Data & Analytics / Data Applications / Business Intelligence projects.
• Note: Candidate does NOT need to be a former Data Analyst or Engineer, but must understand data delivery nuance (data environments, versioning, deployment rather than standard software engineering).
• Seniority & Certifications:
• Mid to Senior-level Scrum Master experience required (does not need 20+ years, but needs a solid track record).
• Certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.): Optional / Low Priority. Experience and soft skills outweigh paper certifications.
• Industry Domain:
• Open, provided they have experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, Commercial complexity - any company where they'd have a factory
• Soft Skills & Delivery Mindset:
• Accountability & Results-Oriented: Someone that is willing to commit to target dates and hold developers accountable. Need someone realistic and flexible, NOT looking for rigid adherence to pure Agile "manifestos" if it jeopardizes business delivery commitments.
• Resourceful Facilitator / Stakeholder Navigator: Skilled at removing blockers and coordinating meetings/chat groups with the right people to get things done
