Scrum Master

We have a position for an experienced Scrum Master to ensure processes are followed, plan Sprints, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

What you will be doing:

• Plan for Sprints and quarterly PI, track progress, coordinate with the immediate team, Advanced Analytics, Data engineering, Digital organization, IT, etc.
• Lead daily standup meetings to track progress and review backlog items.
• Provide regular leadership updates on project progress, roadblocks etc.
• Work with the product owner, technical lead, and architect to ensure a robust backlog is maintained with a clear release plan.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the following areas:

• UI development with React
• Analytics
• Data Engineering
• AI pipelines and chat applications

What you'll need to be successful:

• College, university, or equivalent bachelor's degree in engineering or data analytics or Computer Science or other relevant technical disciplines.
• Experience with full stack development is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA is preferred.
• Experience as a Scrum Master is required.
• Good communicator – written and verbal.
• An effective problem solver who is comfortable using analytical tools.
• Eager to learn; ask questions.
• Self-motivated.
• Self-manage and communicate what they are working on and issues discovered.
