Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking candidates for the Financial Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program – Data Analytics track in the Fort Mill/Charlotte area. This two-year, full-time program offers rotations across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance, building expertise in data analysis, querying, and visualization.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with anticipated graduation Dec 2026–May 2027.
• GPA minimum 3.3; 3.5+ preferred.
• Must be local to Fort Mill/Charlotte office and ready for full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three data analytics teams and build skills in data analysis, querying, and visualization.
• Develop understanding of LPL’s business and wealth management industry.
• Build technical and professional skills including collaboration and relationship management.
