LPL Financial is seeking candidates for the Financial Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program – Data Analytics track in the Fort Mill/Charlotte area. This two-year, full-time program offers rotations across Finance, Risk, Operations, and Compliance, building expertise in data analysis, querying, and visualization.

Job Overview:

The Financial Analyst Rotational (FAR) Program – Data Analytics track is a two-year, full-time development program designed to provide early-career professionals with broad exposure to key areas of the business. Participants complete rotations across multiple teams, gaining experience in financial analysis, accounting, corporate strategy, and business operations while building the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in the financial services industry.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
• 3.3 GPAminimum.
• Offeriscontingentuponcompletion of bachelor’s degree,successfulbackgroundscreening, and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotteoffice.

Preferences:

• Allmajorsareconsidered, butprograms focusingindata science, computer science, business analytics, mathematics, or information systems are preferred.
• 3.5 GPA or higher.
• Intermediate in at least 1 data analytic language (SQL, SAS, etc.)
• Intermediate in at least 1 data visualization tool (Tableau,PowerBI, etc.)
• Intermediate in at least 1 scripting language (SAS, Python, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effectivecommunication,multi-tasking,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills.
• Passionate,driven,opentonewopportunities,andproactive.

Pay Range:

$29.36-$48.93/hour

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
