Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a quantitative thinker to prepare routine department reports, collect data, and maintain dashboards. You will analyze data to support decision making and help improve existing processes within the department.

Working with the LMS, you will ensure accurate reporting and timely updates. Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and the ability to troubleshoot routine issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the bank-wide LMS and MS Office.
• Experience with data reporting, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to collect, consolidate and report data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce routine departmental reports and spreadsheets.
• Collect and consolidate data for reporting purposes.
• Maintain and update departmental reports.
• Perform routine analysis and judgment-based work.
• Support continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and escalations.
