Job summary

Jobtailor in Madison, WI seeks a Data Reporting Analyst to manage and fulfill reporting requests through a centralized queue, preparing monthly reports on schedule. You will leverage Excel, validate data, identify trends, and support data quality across the organization.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and Leadership to maintain audit-ready documentation and SOP-compliant processes, ensuring accurate storage of historical reports.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, nested formulas).
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines.
• Power BI or Python experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Applied Systems EPIC is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill reporting requests through a centralized reporting queue.
• Prepare and distribute monthly recurring reports—including time-sensitive reports on the 1st, 15th, and 25th.
• Use Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filtering, etc.) to validate and manipulate data.
• Analyze reporting outputs to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for data cleansing.
• Workflow improvements.
• Training or documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Auditing, and Leadership.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready storage of historical reports.
• Support data quality by identifying and escalating issues within the AMS and integrated systems.
• Follow and contribute to SOPs to ensure documentation stays accurate and current.
