Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to own reporting, dashboard development, and process optimization across business systems. You will analyze current processes, design improvements, and generate ad hoc reports while supporting users and coordinating with vendors.

Strong SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Tableau skills are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities and experience with regulatory-compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in reporting, data analytics and dashboard development with SQL, SAS, Power BI and Tableau.
• Proficient with SQL coding and SAS.
• Ability to develop reporting and workflows in Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains in-depth knowledge of business processes and applications and stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s).
• Analyzes existing processes and systems and identifies technical or procedural improvements.
• Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s).
• Develops operational procedures for products, services and systems.
• Designs processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develops and generates special and ad hoc reports.
• Provides technical support to business unit, customers, management and other users.
• Serves as liaison between software vendors and business process system users and other corporate areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
