Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making are essential.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization is expected.
• Experience with Clarizen and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for executive audiences.
• Manage reporting schedules and coordinate across stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Access source systems to gather data for inclusion in executive materials.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates for consistency and standardization.
• Field and manage stakeholder requests to update reporting templates.
• Maintain a centralized calendar of report due dates and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders on tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and priorities.
