Job Description

The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager influences business strategy through data and analytics. This role oversees the Data Analytics & Reporting Team daily, ensuring the delivery of its goals. Responsibilities include managing data intake from enterprise systems, maintaining data within a data lake, developing reports and dashboards, providing business insights, and driving data improvements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end data analytics and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
2. Lead initiatives to improve data quality, visualization, leverage AI and automation, and generate strategic insights.
3. Serve as the primary contact for the Data Analytics & Reporting Team for ongoing work and new projects.
4. Collaborate with procurement, stakeholders, and leadership to align on initiatives and insights.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, data quality, and stakeholder support across the enterprise.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role includes supervisory duties.

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field; 7 years in data and analytics.

Certificates: None required.

Skills: Advanced analytical skills, experience with data management tools and programming languages (preferred), strong communication, and leadership skills.

Travel

Travel to Chicagoland or Charlotte, NC, for departmental meetings and as needed.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $112,000 to $196,750, based on experience and qualifications.
