Job Description
The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager influences business strategy through data and analytics. This role oversees the Data Analytics & Reporting Team daily, ensuring the delivery of its goals. Responsibilities include managing data intake from enterprise systems, maintaining data within a data lake, developing reports and dashboards, providing business insights, and driving data improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field; 7 years in data and analytics.
Certificates: None required.
Skills: Advanced analytical skills, experience with data management tools and programming languages (preferred), strong communication, and leadership skills.
Travel
Travel to Chicagoland or Charlotte, NC, for departmental meetings and as needed.
