- Analyze, acquire, configure, and deploy database applications across the organization
- Partner with various levels of management to deliver integrated report delivery strategies
- Act as a liaison between departments to develop, test, and document SQL Data Repository and Medi-tech reports
- Monitor and report on database performance while recommending improvements
- Develop and present training courses for system upgrades and ensure compliance with hospital policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Healthcare Administration
- Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in healthcare database systems and implementation
- Expert knowledge of Medi-tech application database design and programming
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server program development and testing techniques
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex documents

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Medi-tech HIS systems and various application platforms
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Visual Basic, Java, C++, and Magic
- Previous involvement in complex, cross-departmental projects
