The State of Maine, Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Child and Family Services in Augusta, seeks a Management Analyst I to manage data and reporting for OCFS programs. You will support data-driven decision making and ensure timely, accurate reporting for state and federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting, audit support, and collaboration with program management to improve service outcomes.

Qualificações

• Eight years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc data reports to OCFS internal and external customers and executive management.
• Develop and support management level data reporting for evaluation of OCFS practice improvement measures.
• Assist with state and federal audits and ensure reporting compliance with federal requirements.
• Respond to data requests, analyze data outcomes, and create clear, concise reports.
