Qualifications

• Six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
• Translate complex program and policy information into clear, plain-language content for clients and the public.
• Manage public-facing website and social media content and accounts.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain website content and design with editors to enhance maine.gov and create social posts.
• Coordinate with the website vendor for changes and page updates.
• Communicate about OFI activities and trends with internal and external audiences.
• Gather and analyze data from analytics, surveys, newsletters, and webinars to understand audience reach and service impact.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports with executive summaries highlighting key findings.
