Job summary

The role requires a strong grasp of Scrum/Kanban, risk and dependency management, and executive communication. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, SAFe, or similar certification
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting technology, data or analytics initiatives
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex project dependencies
• Experience with project and Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will be directly responsible for managing/overseeing project: scope, cost, schedule, risks/issues, procurement and communications.
• Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile approaches based on project and team needs.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including: Scrum of scrum, PI planning, Portfolio syncs, PI retrospectives
• Partner with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders including scrum masters, data engineers, analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders to define priorities, quarterly commitments, success measures and dependencies.
• Identify, manage, and escalating project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers impacting commitments made by the scrum teams.
• Develop, maintain and communicate PI plans, roadmaps and benefits to stakeholders including executives.
• Track delivery of scrum teams using Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and delivery predictability.
• Create project procurement management plans detailing what needs, quantities, and timelines are required for renewals and new contracts with procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage day-to-day vendor relationships, and resolve delivery issues.
• Track spending against the project budget and report financial variances early.
