Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Data, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting technology, data or analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex project dependencies.
• Experience with project and Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage scope, cost, schedule, risks, procurement and communications for projects.
• Apply Scrum, Kanban or hybrid Agile approaches based on needs, and facilitate ceremonies.
• Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders to align priorities and success metrics.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies and blockers impacting commitments.
• Develop, maintain and communicate PI plans, roadmaps and benefits to stakeholders.
• Track delivery using velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput and predictability metrics.
• Create procurement plans for renewals and new contracts; monitor vendor performance and budgets.
