The Project Manager in Data & Analytics partners with business stakeholders, scrum masters, data engineers, analysts, data scientists, architects, and technology teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value on time, within scope, and with appropriate quality and governance.

The role requires 5+ years of project/program management experience in technology or analytics, strong Agile delivery

Qualifications

PM certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data, CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of project or program management, preferably in technology/data/analytics.
Experience with Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid) and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Key competencies include agile delivery, risk management, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

Manage scope, cost, schedule, risks/issues, procurement and communications for projects.
Apply Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid Agile approaches; facilitate ceremonies and PI planning.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to align priorities and dependencies.
Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, and blockers impacting delivery.
Develop and communicate PI plans, roadmaps and benefits to executives and stakeholders.
Track delivery using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
Create procurement plans and manage vendor relationships and spend variances.
