Job summary

Zoolatech is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to drive end-to-end data initiatives in an agile setting. You will translate goals into actionable plans, coordinate across product, data, and tech teams, and keep momentum from planning to delivery.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure transparent progress, manage risks, and deliver valuable solutions iteratively in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data & analytics projects in an agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate goals into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of Data & Analytics initiatives.
• Establish plans, milestones, priorities, and ownership.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery.
• Facilitate agile planning and delivery ceremonies in Jira.
• Maintain transparency on progress, risks, and commitments.
• Keep teams focused on outcomes amid changing priorities.
• Ensure decisions are followed through and actions completed.
