Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to maximize underwriting platform value through data strategy, analytics, reporting, and business insight generation. You will serve as the product owner for data and reporting, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making, efficiency, and automation.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, translate business needs into requirements, and promote data-driven adoption across teams while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Technology, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, banking operations, analytics, reporting, data management, or related fields required.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms required.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics, process mining, and workflow analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns platform data and reporting product strategy and roadmap.
• Transforms business needs into clear product requirements and backlogs.
• Builds dashboards and self-service reporting for visibility into performance.
