Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, information systems or related field.
- 7+ years in product management, analytics, banking ops, or related fields.
- 3+ years with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics and decision-support solutions.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into business actions.
Responsibilities
- Own data and reporting platform roadmap focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Build dashboards and self-serve reporting to reveal key metrics.
- Collaborate with executives, operations, tech, and risk to align priorities.
- Translate business needs into user stories and prioritized backlogs.
- Support release planning, change management, and user adoption.
