Auto Club Enterprises in Southern California is seeking a data analytics professional to support KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and incentive programs. You will design and maintain dashboards, perform advanced data analysis, and develop reporting across SQL, AWS/Snowflake environments with Tableau integration.

The role requires 2–3 years of analytic experience, strong SQL, Excel expertise, and residency in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years of analytical experience mandatory.
• Strong SQL skills with data mining in AWS or Snowflake.
• Advanced Excel skills (VBA, macros, complex calculations).
• Tableau preferred; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer programs impacting service delivery, performance management, and incentive payments.
• Assist with annual budget, forecasts, and strategic business plan updates.
• Design, build, and maintain reporting that measures KPIs and expenses.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis using SQL, Tableau, Excel, Access; identify trends and root causes.
• Build data tables in AWS and SQL for query optimization; collaborate across units.
