Job summary

You will partner with IT to design data solutions, govern data assets, and drive governance initiatives while mentoring a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred CIC, CPCU, or ARM designation.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking for enterprise data programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Data and Analytics team to design, develop, and implement data analytic solutions with IT collaboration.
• Set strategic direction for data governance, roadmaps, and portfolio investments.
• Monitor industry trends and promote inclusion and diversity within the team.
• Oversee program delivery, budgets, and staffing aligned to department goals.
• Communicate program results and adoption metrics to stakeholders.
