Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of project leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience leading data & analytics initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to mature the data-driven road map and governance processes.
• Lead and coach a team of data engineers and analytics consultants.
• Develop strategic direction for Enterprise Data and Analytics team.
• Forecast budget and staffing based on volumes and growth.
• Manage projects using standard PM methodologies; deliverables and metrics.
