Our client is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Portfolio Manager and Program Lead to drive strategic portfolios and transformational initiatives across the enterprise. In this role, you will partner closely with Data & Analytics leadership and business stakeholders to provide portfolio transparency, enable executive decision-making, drive alignment, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and help ensure investments deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of portfolio management, program leadership, value realization, and transformation management experience, coupled with practical expertise in enterprise data, analytics, governance, AI, and business intelligence initiatives. They are equally comfortable operating at the executive level, leading complex cross-functional programs, and translating strategy into actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Manager for Data & Analytics portfolio, partnering with leadership to providing transparency into priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and business outcomes to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives and value realization goals.
• Program Leadership: Own end-to-end execution of Data & Analytics transformational program from planning and design through delivery and operational readiness
• Build strong executive relationships and communicate clearly at the right level of detail.
• Push back constructively when scope, timelines, assumptions, or decisions put the program at risk.
• Drive timely decisions and prevent issues from remaining unresolved or being passed between teams.
• Hold workstream leaders, delivery teams, and vendors accountable for commitments and outcomes.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise transformation, technology modernization, or strategic programs.
• Demonstrated success driving large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios, including prioritization, sequencing, capacity planning, dependency management, delivery health, and investment governance.
• Experience leading enterprise Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Platform, Data Governance, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern data and analytics ecosystems, including enterprise reporting, business intelligence, cloud analytics platforms, data warehousing, and data governance practices.
• Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable challenging executives and senior leaders respectfully when decisions, priorities, or execution are putting outcomes at risk.
• Strong program management discipline, including integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, and executive communications.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence rather than formal authority.
• Experience managing systems integrators, consulting firms, and technology vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
