Job summary

Capital One Travel is seeking a Manager of Data Analysis to partner with Product and Engineering, shaping how we measure success for Hotels. You will own KPI definition, dashboarding, and rigorous analyses to guide product decisions and test designs.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of professional data analysis experience.
At least 4 years of programming experience.
Master’s Degree in a STEM field preferred.
At least 7 years of data analysis work experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Define KPIs with Product and Engineering and build dashboards to track progress.
Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to guide decisions and prioritization.
Develop tracking plans and dashboards for product launches and A/B tests.
Collaborate with Product to design clean A/B tests run in parallel.
Troubleshoot tracking issues and data trends.
Partner with Engineering to create a more approachable data model.
Maintain clean, usable data to answer complex business questions.
