Job summary

Riveron seeks a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team in India, driving data-driven decision making and delivering actionable insights using advanced BI tools and cloud platforms. The role demands strategic leadership and hands-on analytics expertise.

The candidate will guide dashboards, predictive models, and data governance, partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data quality across initiatives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in data analytics
• 3+ years in leadership or managerial role
• Strong BI, visualization and analytics capabilities
• Proficient in SQL for complex queries and data extraction
• Skilled in Python or R for advanced analytics and modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and services like Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of ETL, data governance, quality and security best practices
• Familiar with version control tools (Git) and collaboration workflows
