Qualifications

• Strong BI, visualization and analytics capabilities
• Proficient in SQL for complex queries and data extraction
• Skilled in Python or R for advanced analytics and modeling
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and services like Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of ETL, data governance, quality and security best practices
• Familiar with version control tools (Git) and collaboration workflows

Data Analytics Manager

Riveron is seeking a seasoned Data Analytics Manager to lead our growing analytics team in India. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data analytics and leadership experience, who can drive data-driven decision-making and deliver actionable insights using advanced tools and technologies. Who You Are:

• A data analytics professional with 8–10 years of experience , including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.


• Strong foundation in data analytics, business intelligence, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).


• Proficient in SQL for complex query writing, data extraction, and performance optimization.


• Skilled in Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, and statistical modeling.


• Experienced in data modeling (relational, dimensional, and analytical models).


• Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and services like Azure Synapse Analytics , Azure Data Lake , Azure Databricks , and Microsoft Fabric.


• Knowledgeable in ETL processes , data governance , and best practices for data quality and security.


• Strong understanding of version control tools (Git) and collaborative development workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and engineers to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.


• Design and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.


• Oversee development of dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics , Power BI , Microsoft Fabric , and Azure SQL Database.


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for analytics deployments.


• Experience in Agile environments , including sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.


• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross‑functional teams.
