Job summary

KIPP Foundation is seeking a Manager of Data & Analytics to lead reporting, analysis, and data stewardship across the network. You will collaborate with program teams, design dashboards, and translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

This role centers equity, requires strong communication, and offers the option to work remotely with national scope. Prior experience with k-12 or educational data is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quantitative reporting, data management, and QA experience.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools to develop dashboards and insights.
• Excellent written and oral communication for non-technical audiences.
• Deep commitment to equity and serving diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute reporting and analysis to support decision-making (40%).
• Clean, compile, and analyze data across content areas for reporting.
