Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead our enterprise data, analytics, and governance efforts. You will shape data strategy, oversee architecture and reporting, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will build and mentor a team of data professionals, collaborate with executives and program leaders, and advance our data platform and AI enablement while ensuring privacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership or analytics-management experience preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in enterprise reporting, analytics, BI, data governance, or related data management initiatives.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and data/BI platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of data governance, data quality, privacy, and security practices.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or nonprofit environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide enterprise reporting, analytics, BI, data governance, and data management functions.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year data and analytics roadmap aligned with strategy and priorities.
• Evaluate, select, and manage the enterprise data platform architecture and governance standards.
• Provide leadership for data architecture, engineering, analytics, reporting, and stewardship teams.
• Establish standards for privacy, security, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
• Partner with leaders to standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks for visibility and outcomes.
• Oversee dashboards, self-service analytics, and decision-support solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, projects, and modernization initiatives.
