Job summary

Canopy Children's Solutions seeks a Data and Analytics Manager to lead enterprise data, reporting, analytics, governance, and BI initiatives. You will shape the data strategy, ensure governance and quality, and drive the enterprise data platform forward.

You will guide data architecture, engineering, analytics, and stewardship, partnering with executives and programs to treat data as a strategic asset and enable informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a data-related field.
• 5+ years in analytics/BI leadership or similar roles.
• Experience with data governance, architecture, and BI platforms.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and cloud data concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting, analytics, BI, governance, and data management.
• Develop multi-year data/analytics roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Oversee data platform architecture selection, implementation, and governance.
• Mentor and develop Data & Analytics team; manage budgets and priorities.
