Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline plus 8+ years of data engineering experience; or Master’s with 6+ years; or 12 years in lieu of degree.
• 2 years as a technical leader of product development teams delivering customer-driven products.
• Experience presenting complex analytics to varied audiences.
• Strong understanding of QMA, Operations, and engineering processes, tools, and techniques.
• Experience with large-scale distributed software and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Data strategy to support the QMA Strategy.
• Lead the execution of DATM activities aligned to the QMA Strategy.
• Drive the adoption of metrics and data analysis methodologies across the sector.
