Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the DATM team at the Linthicum, MD site. You will drive data architecture, ETL pipelines, and analytics to support the QMA strategy and improve decision making across the organization.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional teams, expertise in SQL and Tableau, and a background in large-scale distributed software and Agile development. Travel is approximately 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years as a technical leader of product development teams.
• Experience presenting complex analytics to varied audiences.
• Strong understanding of QMA, Operations, and engineering processes.
• Experience with large-scale distributed software and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster engineering excellence.
• Experience in product vision development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Data strategy to support the QMA Strategy.
• Lead DATM activities aligned to the QMA Strategy.
• Drive metrics adoption and data analysis methodologies across the sector.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Engage with sector leaders to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across data sources.
• Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.
• Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
