The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, a strong background in data analytics, and the ability to guide teams in prescriptive and predictive analytics with UI/UX considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related STEM discipline with 9 years of experience OR Master’s with 7 years.
• Experience executing data strategies using data lakes and data warehouses.
• Proficient with data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Tableau) and techniques.
• Experience with large-scale distributed software and agile development.

Responsibilities

• Implement the program-specific Data strategy aligned to Enterprise Data Strategy.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data engineers/scientists.
• Implement data science practices for prescriptive, predictive, diagnostic analytics.
• Proactively identify issues and deploy data-driven solutions across programs.
• Enable adoptions of data analysis methodologies for improved performance.
• Establish data visualization and reporting standards for consistency.
• Monitor operational data trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Engage with program leaders to understand operational problems.
• Manage data infrastructure, network, and system automation.
• Ensure UI/UX is designed and developed consistently across the program.
