Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 8+ years in data engineering; or Master’s with 6+ years in data engineering.
• 12 years total experience allowed in lieu of degree; strong leadership of product development teams.
• Proven ability to present complex analytics to varied audiences and lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Data strategy to support the QMA Strategy.
• Lead the DATM activities and related objectives for the QMA Strategy.
• Drive adoption of metrics and data analysis methodologies across the sector.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Engage with sector leaders to understand issues and develop solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Build and optimize data models for analytics and reporting.
• Implement robust data quality, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
